Welcome to Villa Mar Loreto

Villa Mar was started after the builders looked at the Loreto Bay casas and condos and discovered that the prices were not much different from the US.
Also, there were no garages, limited closet space, and no onsite parking for boats or motor homes.  With this in mind, Villa Mar was established. It was their idea to build single family homes that were affordable and could be used as a second or vacation home. Also, to own the house and property outright was a main goal.

The houses are built with concrete block and reinforced with rebar. The two bed room, two bath houses were designed with the ability to share the house with another couple (when on vacation) or just to use entirely by your own family. The three terraces are separate and private for individual or group use. Many of the homes have Mexican tile and furnishings. It is also possible for the new home owner to add their own touches to the interior décor while under construction.  The one car garage gives the owner the flexibility to use it for their car or additional storage. With additional side yard parking for a motor home or boat, allows one to minimize their additional vehicle storage costs.

One of the best features is the fact that the property is gated with a guard. ( this is dependent on the number of folks living there currently). The residents all enjoy keeping their vehicles and boats behind this curtain of security.
